Terms and Conditions

• As a renter, you are responsible for the costs of the fuel rental during your reserved time slot. There are no prorated amounts. Damages, fuel, unreturned equipment, and additional cleaning charges may apply.
• Please note that weight limits and occupancy on our boats are based on average sizes for adults and include the max load of equipment and fuel our boats can safely carry.

Cancellations

Customers will receive a full refund with a 48-hour notice of cancellation. No shows and cancellations within 48 hours of the rental, for any reason, are subject to the full reservation cost. Contact us by phone to cancel, inquire about a cancellation or reschedule.

Inclement Weather:

We do not allow cancellations for less-than-ideal weather. If the weather is bad due to high winds, lightning, rain, storms in the area, or other unsafe conditions, staff will call you to cancel or move your reservation pending availability. Cancellations made by our staff due to weather will receive a full refund. Door County Boat Rentals reserves the right to cancel any rental at any time due to extreme conditions deemed unsafe or unforeseen issues regarding rentals.
